Re: Splicing Magnet Wire

Ok, I have the wires spliced, and coated with 5 coats of poly-varnish. I
think I read a while back that it is also a good idea to place a wedge of
??? under the wire and wind. Then trim this material flush with the
windings. What should I use for this purpose. Sorry for not searching the
archives to find this.
