Dmitry,

While it is true that the type label of the Cornell caps look rather 
like prototype stuff, I guess we should be happy that they didn`t 
spend money on fancy packing: Cost more, dissipate heat less efficiently.

Don`t worry, makeshift looks or not, you have 2 Kg`s of the best caps 
money will buy, -With the increased convenience over the Maxwell: You 
can reconfigure the voltage rating and capacitance at your leisure.
