Steve Ward thinks we will have no issues with MMC for the 48kwatt DRSSTC. My concern with one big cap is I will boil it. It will be a risk I will take but if the MMC drives the big coil, MMC will prove their worth indeed! I guess I will have a backup with Maxwells however, he he.

The MMC won't take this kind of power level.  You will need to run
the big Maxwells like we do on our coils over 6 kVA.
