Perhaps you could snag some cheap copper-clad
blanks, and a bottle of ferric chloride, and
make your own board... the traces will be as
far apart (or as close) as you want. :)

Don't forgett the rule-of-thumb of 20kV/cm in air and some times much
further along surfaces.
