Static motor 20Hp for 3 phase tesla Transformerpower sourcing?

Hello All,

I have a number of large new motor run caps and am consider building 
a static three phase motor source. I know lots of machine shops do 
this. Has anyone tried this for three phase Tesla coil sourcing? 
Inductance and capacitance could get interesting, I would expect, as 
well as Z angles.
