Subject: LED Strobe Circuit

A long while back Terry Frist posted a circuit for a LED strobe light used to set the phase of a rotary spark gap.  I found the old post in the archives, but the path the to ZIP files is no longer valid.  Does anyone know if there is a new path?

I'm using John Freau's phase control circuit, but setting the phase by dead reckoning isn't working for me :-)

Any help would be appreciated.
