[TCML] Re Chinese capacitors

Hi,
Does anyone have  opinions on the 0.15uF 2000V  axial pulse caps that  
are advertised on E bay from China.
They are described as film foil metal hybrid construction and the  
specifications of esl, esr,dv/dt and current ratings are identical
to the highly regarded CD 942 series, the only difference as far as I  
can tell is that they are yellow rather than the CD White !
From a previous enquiry I know that the seller will give a large  
discount on a bulk order. I'm considering a large MMC which would  
require up to 300
capacitors but wonder if they would be inferior to the CD's,
All suggestions would be gratefully appreciated,
