If you later on decide you could use 140 vac out, you
can always reland your hot input terminal, like this:

That will effectively shorten your input turns, and
allow the wiper to go farther than your hot input
resulting in higher output than input. You can count
the total turns and calculate where to move your new
tap point, based on the output volts you want. I
wouldn't shoot for more than 140 out though.
