Actually, I was thinking closer to around 3-5 bursts per second. I
calculated the reservoir capacitor charge drain as a function of number
of breaks of the ARSG and estimated the number of breaks before the
static gap would stop conducting. According to this, around 3 bursts
per second should work well.
