    So far no one has mentioned core saturation.  As you exceed the 
rated primary voltage you'll reach a level where the magnetizing current 
goes up rapidly and the output doesn't rise much.  You're proposing 25% 
overvoltage and I would suspect that voltage would be well into this 
region and that the transformer core will get hot pretty quickly even 
under no load conditions.
