Say I wanted to pair a 12/60 and 2 15/30s. If I set the gap for the 12/60 would paralleling them be okay?
No, you need to have the secondaries to all transformers be of the same nameplate-rated potential in order to properly connect the units in parallel. You could, of course, connect the two 15kV/30mA units in parallel, which would provide you with the equivalent of a 15kV/60mA transformer.
