[TCML] Baffles Gary Lau`s investigation

My experiances with internal flashover on secondaries, (Your investigation).
Only 2 coils made so far. (Iam still in the starting grid). I give you all
parameters I believe that coud be of importance for your evaluation.
No.1 coil: 6/30 NST feed; No wire ends inside coilform; No laquer cover
on coilform before winding; No laquer inside coilform; Coilform inside
(and outside) carefully cleaned, degreased before fitting endplugs; No
vapors from cleaning remained inside coilform when endplugs fitted; Coil
outside protected with 4 (or 5) coats Acryl spray; Coil aspect 3,31
(short..); Spark performance: aprox. 135% of coil length (40cm sparks);
No internal baffles; Never internal flashover.
No.2 coil: 13,2/50 NST feed; No wire ends inside coilform; No laquer
cover on coilform before winding; No laquer inside coilform; Coilform in
(and out) side carefully degreesed before endplugs fitted; No vapors from
cleaner left inside coilform before endplug fitting; Coiloutside
reinforced with 5 coats of acryl laquer; Coil aspect: 4,63; Spark
performance aprox. 180% of coil length (90cm sparks); No internal baffles;
No internal flashover.
