Can those blanks be "wiped out"? Does anyone have full control, or is 
this completely an individual situation? There must be a method to 
delete "points". Granted, in KS the "unknown" has like 6 or 7 that come 
up one after the other (super annoying). There must be some way to edit 
this (I doubt we are the first to cause this issue). I had my wife come 
look at my pc while I had the map up and running. Sure enough, as soon 
as she started looking, KS (unknown), KS (unknown), KS (unknown), KS 
(unknown), KS (unknown), etc. etc. I eventually said "never mind". I 
shouldn't have to say that.

So, who's smart in this area?
