[TCML] Re: TO247 40n60 igbt's for sale.
I have a slight update. They are made by Harris Semiconductor not
Intersil. It doesn't matter though because they are still the same. For
those who are intrested i have the correct datasheet and i will gladly email
it to you if you want to look at it but like i said before there is really
no difference.
