OK, your vid clip now shows that your secondary/topload is resonating at the expected ~330KHz, rather than the previous ~500KHz "no topload" frequency.

When you were measuring ~500KHz, it was postulated that you didn't actually have have the topload electrically connected to the top turn of the secondary.

Before changing anything, did you measure continuity from the secondary to the topload? What did you find? Finally, what did you change to obtain the expected 330KHz resonant frequency?
