Try Environtex epoxy.  It works good.  You have to use a heat gun to work
out the bubbles as you apply it with your jig turning. I use in in 3/4"
thick layer.  It is a 2 person process.

Dolph's AC-43 also works well.

At this high power level it would be best to have a continuous length
without splices.
