It is a 50:1 CT so the say 500 amps of the primary coil is transformed to 10 amps which goes through a 0.5 ohm burden resistor in series with the Predikter's added inductor of about 500nH. No gate drive transformers are involved with the Predikter....... The prediktor circuit operates way back on the primary side of the gate drive transformer and does not monitor primary or secondary currents.
