Hey Phil...Assuming that you have the 3 NST's in paralell and the line feeding them would see the current/voltage phase shift in total, I would put the 86 uF caps in line before the load... for some reason, I feel that if you put the 30ish uF caps on each trannie, each sucsecive trannie will impact the next in line... but thats just my theory....
