Hi Travis,

Sounds good to me! Use 18AWG magnet wire or similar for a 12" coil or 12AWG
stranded house wire for a 24". Winding length should be a 4.5-5:1 ratio
maybe 4:1 for the 24" as it will get quite tall(8').

I was wondering if someone had a JavaTC file they would be willing to share
for a pig based coil. I was thinking secondary diameter in the 12"-24"
range. The pig is 14.4Kv 10KVA. The gap will be rotary, not yet designed.
