Re: [TCML] Mot powered coil
I used an inductive ballast on the low voltage side. There are two ballast coils (drossels), used initially for high pressure mercury flourescent bulbs, 250 W each, in parallel, connected in serie on the hot wire going to the MOTs. A little drawing here:
