take it I would be graphing Voltage vrs Current? and the slope is inductance?

Hi Jay,
The slope is neither.
It's Inductive reactance, XL = E/I (ohms = volts/amps)
Inductance, L = XL/(2pi*f)
Some folks who work exclusively in the 60 Hz world
use the terms interchangably, since for them the
term 2pi*f is only a constant, but they're not the same quantity.
