DRSSTC = Double Resonant Solid State Tesla Coil

Double-resonant is an important topology distinction.  It's also possible to
have a single resonant topology,where only the secondary is resonant (and
the primary is untuned).  But having both circuits tuned is what makes it
possible to process much higher power levels.
