Another good read from your hand.
I am impressed by the level of order you can create, by applying math to 
what appears to me as chaos.
The curves of mode k:k+1:3k look so beautiful that it has to be tried.

I believe you mean by "distributed C2", that it can be made up of L1 top 
terminating corona ring, L3 bottom screening toroid and whatever metal 
connecting the 2.
Is that right?

Paul, have you tried to model any of these highly coupled 3 coil 
systems, to form an opinion of where would be a good place to start?
