The report first presents a quite absurd calculation assuming that each
electron travels alone, and then that single ionized copper
atoms travel alone. Actually, each electron or ion would carry with it
thousands of air molecules, attracted to it by induction. The remaining
of the report presents a more reasonable theory. Specific serious works
in this area are not easy to find, but there are several studies about
corona wind, that has other, more "serious" applications. A search in
Google Scholar about "corona wind" shows several of them.
