Russ,I don't put much faith in that kind of program any more. Last summer, one of the similar programs putatively found a cache of NASA items in a locker in Orlando. They offered them to a "NASA artifact expert" who happens to be a friend of mine. I dropped him an eMail with my congratulations and offered to buy one of the items that he supposedly purchased.
He demurred behind an "iron clad non-disclosure agreement" but eventually told me that the items shown were never in his possession. Sounds like the whole deal was a setup.
Dollars to doughnuts the TC parts came from the same guy who had the big TC in his yard.

Did anyone else happen to see this week's Storage Wars, Texas on A&E? The premise, for those who don't know is, the series follows the trials and tribulations of folks who buy abandoned storage lockers and what they find and so forth. This week a couple of guys found a box with an aluminum toroid, secondary, copper pipe and a Neon Xformer in it. They then traveled to a so called expert, I did not catch the name of, who helped the guys out with knowing what it was that they found. Anyway, the expert had a huge coil in his back yard that was pretty impressive. Just wondering if he was on the list or anybody knew him. Russ at the Cape
