Ok, I see. Thank you.

My plan for my new coil is to use a 6 pulse 3 phase supply with a 5kV transformer on each phase. With the charging inductor this should charge the tank cap to almost 25kv. Since I will not need a smoothing cap with this supply I will not need a de-Qing diode as this role will be filled by the rectifier diodes. I intend to use 50x 1N5408 1kv, 3A diodes per string for a 100% safety margin. Does that sound about right?
