Hi Alton,Earlier this summer Yahoo and AOL changed their anti-spam policies in such a manner that caused many email lists problems, including TCML. They changed their DMARC policy so that email not actually coming from yahoo or AOL would be rejected if they say they are from AOL or Yahoo.
The up side is that your average spammer can no longer say they are JohnSmith@xxxxxxx and send spam to people using gmail for instance.
The down side is that mailing lists such as TCML which send their mail looking like the original poster sent it can no longer get their mail through.
The solution is to change the way it is delivered. I had to upgrade the mailing software so that it supported the a mailing method. Now when someone from yahoo or aol or anyone else with a reject/quarantine DMARC policy posts, the address is changed so that it looks like it comes from the list rather than them.
This is likely the reason that it goes to bulk rather than your main in box.

Hotmail, outlook, and msn have blocked me. I'm working on getting this fixed, but it's not going fast. In addition, it appears that att.net may be blocking me as well. I go to their site and they end up saying I'm not blacklisted, but if you haven't gotten anything in a few weeks, it's that my IP is blocked. I'm sending this but also watching the logs to see if it gets blocked. If so, I'll forward from my gmail account.
