Re: [TCML] Setting up for the first time
It's connected in parallel from the xmfr's two hot bushings (after going
thru the filter). Never the cap first off the bushings. This produces a
direct short on the xmfr as the spark gap fires and reduces dangers of
kickback towards the xmfr. The filter also helps get rid of the nasty
spikes that may occur in the LC tank circuit.
