I use a couple of Maxwell caps that I happened upon at a flea market for a
song.  Sorry, no magic here.  I started with a .011uF MMC built from MANY
.015uF PP caps and that worked well as well, but I needed more uF and
ourgrew it about the time I came upon the Maxwell's.  I think the 942 CDE
caps are the best route to an MMC, unless you get lucky with surplus caps,
but you _have_ to know what you're buying, or else you'll get a box of junk
that won't work.  If in doubt about particular caps, ask here.
