Well, if you happen to be of the rare breed that
money is of no concern, then the General Atomics
webpage would be your first choice for new pulse

However, if you happen to be like the other 99%
of us, persistant eBay searchs for "high voltage ca-
pacitor" will occasionally yield a successful hit for a
surplus pulse cap unit that can often be had for a
"reasonable" bid.
