Hello All, Earlier this year I mostly finished my 8" MOT powered coil build and a photographer friend of mind come over to shoot some photos of it. These turned out very well and I thought I would share them here with you. By mostly finished I mean that I am still running my async gap as I am still working on my sync motor, but other than that it was running very well. It is a 8" coil, 1600 turns 42" toroid 6 MOTs async gap All of the credit for the photos go to James Kimble who was so kind to take these for me. I hope you all enjoy these as much as I do.
